At Cream Tattoo Supply, we stand behind the quality of our professional gear and offer a 30-day return window for unused, sealed products to ensure your studio stays stocked with only the best. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, sterilized needles and opened inks cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship to Cream Supply
Send your package via a tracked shipping service to our distribution center; we recommend purchasing insurance as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the items are in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
